Life does not always go the way we plan.

Sometimes life can hit hard. At times, it can feel overwhelming.

Occasionally, we may find ourselves in a challenging life transition, struggling to adjust to a new marriage or marriage difficulties, a new baby, a blended family, an empty nest, a job promotion or loss, retirement, or the loss of a loved one.

At other times in life, we may find ourselves stuck in unproductive and negative patterns, looking for solutions.

I am passionate about working with clients who are facing life’s storms, adjusting to life transitions, or are simply ready to make positive changes in their lives.

Whether a small whirlwind, a thunderstorm, or a hurricane…

If you keep trying to solve your issues without success, you will experience decreased quality of life, especially within your personal relationships. People who are walking through their own storm often affect others around them.

This can lead to many personal relationship issues that can include being isolated, losing friends, failure to develop new relationships, and divorce.

You may also experience a decreased quality of life.

The demands of daily living are easier to deal with when you are at your best. This can include attending work or school, paying bills on time, and maintaining one’s home.

Let’s give you tools to address any level of ‘storm’ that comes into your life.

You have made the most important step in creating your life the way you want it. Life can present many challenges; with the right support, these can be incredible opportunities to grow.

Starting therapy is the beginning of a journey to find a more connected and fulfilling relationship with ourselves, others, and the world in which we live.

Each of us, deep down, holds our own answers to the issues we face. Sometimes we need an objective listener to ask new questions, suggest new skills, be supportive, and coach us through tough times.

If you’re looking for extra support and guidance through a
challenging situation or if you are having marital issues… I
look forward to working with you to achieve your goals.
